The area around the 5th tee is unusually wet. The tee position has been moved from the mat to the low teeing ground in front. When the tee mat is in use, and whilst the tee is in the current position would players please keep off the teeing area until it is their turn to play.
This will limit the wear on both tees, thank you. The twisty willow trees to the right and left of the 5th fairway have been trimmed to aid grass cutting and provide a view to the green.
ANNUAL CELEBRATION SALVER

GREENKEEPER TO RUN MARATHON
Green keeper, Richard Matson will be running a 26 mile marathon at Brighton in April. The charity he has chosen, for personal family reasons is Cancer Research. Richard is looking to raise money for this good cause, a sponsorship form is on the main notice board if members would like to support him.
