The greens will be micro tined next week after the Ladies Medal on Tuesday and throughout Wednesday. Please give priority to the greens staff whilst this essential work to maintain healthy greens is carried out.


Presentation Night

Would all members that have confirmed they are to attend Presentation Night on Saturday 27th October please make payment at the bar or by phone by next Wednesday. Sorry, the evening is now full, however there is a reserve list for anyone who may like to attend.



The club has a vacancy working with the greens staff for few hours each week from now until 21st December.

President's Cup

Saturday 27th October, all tee start 0830, teams of 4, single places also available. This will be a waltz stableford, sign up before tomorrow night.

 Men's online competition booking

As a trial you can now book online to play in the next men’s Stableford on Sunday 4th November. You cannot book in the shop, only online. If you have already booked in for this competition you need do nothing else. Bookings can be made via the Clubv1 Hub, Howdidido or on the PSI in the clubhouse. Bookings can be made by any member for themselves and or two playing partners within the reserved tee times 0748 – 0940. Members will automatically get an email confirming their tee time. Members have until midnight the day before to book or cancel. Members must pay on the day before play. If your name is on the start sheet payment is due, even if you don’t show.

Driving range card payment option

A reminder there is now the option to pay for a basket of balls by debit or credit card using contactless or by inserting your card in the bottom of the machine and then selecting the value of balls required. The covered driving range is floodlit Monday – Friday until 9.00pm. Please exit the car park by 9.15pm.


Men's 3's POT - starting this Sunday

The 3's Pot costs £1 to enter and will cover all Men's monthly medals and stablefords, when
these competitions are played on the main greens. To win the 3's Pot a member who has entered the competition and the 3's Pot will need to par or better the 5 par three holes- namely holes: 2,4,11,13 and 15 with a gross score of 3 or 2 or 1. If the 3's Pot is not won in a competition it will roll over to the next competition until it is won.
When won the prize will be paid by cheque. The winner will need to claim the 3's Pot by contacting any committee member within 7 days of the competition.


Autumn Quiz

Just a few places left for the Autumn Quiz with hosts Rick and Eric, Friday 2nd November 7.00pm for 7.30pm prompt start.
Teams of 4 £12, sausage, mash and home-made onion gravy available in the interval £7.95 each. Please book your place and food at the bar.

Supplementary cards can now be entered by members onto the PSI and your handicap updated in real-time. Score cards should be deposited in the ladies/men’s competition boxes, marked with the date they were input on the PSI.

Used heavy duty range mats for sale, £50 each please contact the office. First come first served, buyer to collect.

New Year’s Eve tickets are now on sale at £45.00 each, available from the bar including 3 course dinner and disco.
